For more than 31 years, Jacqueline Pope has called Los Cabos home, building an extensive career in real estate and a wealth of local knowledge along the way. Having witnessed Cabo’s transformation into one of the world’s most sought-after luxury destinations, she brings invaluable experience and insight into the local market and the unique lifestyle it offers.

Jacqueline’s journey to Cabo began with what was supposed to be a six-month position. Originally from England and living on the east coast of Canada at the time, she packed up her car with her two enormous dogs, who couldn’t fit into airline crates, and drove all the way to Cabo. Thirty-one years later, she never left!

Known for her warm, straightforward approach, Jacqueline combines her extensive market knowledge with honest advice and a genuine commitment to her clients. She takes pride in building lasting relationships and helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market with confidence.

Having also lived in Australia and Canada, Jacqueline has a love of travel and adventure. Outside of real estate, she is an avid golfer and enjoys horseback riding, skiing, great food, and entertaining.

For Jacqueline, Cabo isn’t simply where she works. It’s home, and sharing her love and knowledge of this extraordinary destination is one of the things she enjoys most.

Bethany didn’t just build a career in Cabo; she built a life here. After beginning her real estate career in Mexico in 2005, Bethany has spent more than 20 years building relationships, navigating the Mexican real estate market, and developing a deep understanding of the Cabo market. She has been part of the Esperanza Real Estate team since 2016.

Over the years, Cabo became more than the place where Bethany built her career. It became home. She met her husband here more than a decade ago, raised her two daughters here, and became a Mexican citizen in 2019. Fluent in Spanish, Bethany brings not only extensive experience in Mexican real estate, but also a genuine connection to the community she calls home.

Bethany believes the best real estate experiences begin with listening. She brings honest guidance, local insight, and a personal understanding of what each client is looking for, helping them find not just a property, but a place where they can create memories, build traditions, and feel at home.

Outside of real estate, Bethany enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach with her family, disconnecting at her beach house, and enjoying all that Cabo life has to offer.

Dayren has been part of Esperanza since its early development 25 years ago, building her career across both the sales and legal aspects of real estate. As the in-house attorney, she oversees all transactions from negotiation through closing, providing legal oversight throughout the process.

With a strong understanding of real estate ownership structures in Mexico and the legal requirements involved in transactions with both Mexican and foreign purchasers and sellers, Dayren has extensive experience in full-ownership transactions, with particular expertise in fractional ownership and its unique transactional and ownership structures.

She is also a licensed real estate professional in Baja California Sur, allowing her to bring both a legal and commercial perspective to negotiation, transaction structuring, and risk management.

Fernanda has worked in administrative and client service roles in Cabo San Lucas since 2017. As Admin Coordinator, she supports the team throughout the transaction process, coordinating closing requirements, client communication, and the administrative details needed to keep each transaction moving forward.

Highly detail-oriented and organized, Fernanda plays an important role in maintaining structure throughout each transaction, keeping track of all required documentation, key deadlines, and follow-up through closing. She enjoys helping clients and finding solutions along the way, with a focus on making the process clear and efficient from beginning to end.

Outside of work, Fernanda enjoys spending time with her husband and son, who are the most important part of her life.
