The Timbers Collection Owners in eligible ownership programs can exchange their reserved weeks through The Timbers Collection and enjoy access to a portfolio of luxury residences. (Timbers is not applicable with the 1/12th Las Casonas fractional ownership.)
Elite Alliance Through Auberge's partnership with Elite Alliance, Esperanza owners may exchange weeks for stays at exclusive properties within the Elite Alliance portfolio, including Auberge Telluride, CO.
ThirdHome Owners can also access ThirdHome, a private exchange network offering stays at a collection of luxury homes and resorts worldwide.
RESORT PRIVILEGES Owners receive special pricing on resort experiences, including dining and activities, and are invited to events such as tequila tastings, cooking classes, pop-up dinners, and weekly owner cocktail gatherings.

RENT WHEN YOU CANNOT USE YOUR WEEKS Unable to visit? Owners can release their weeks to the Auberge Rental Program and receive 60% of the net rental revenue.
STAY WHENEVER CABO CALLS Owners also have access to short-notice stays at Esperanza. Book up to 60 days in advance and stay 1–7 nights at a time. No limit, subject to availability. Prices subject to change.
- 2-bedroom villa: $290 + 20% tax per night
- 3-bedroom villa: $350 + 20% tax per night
- 4-bedroom villas: $540 + 20% tax per night
- 3-bedroom luxury villa: $580 + 20% tax per night
- Las Casonas four-bedroom villas: $490 + 20% tax per night
- Poolside Hotel Suites, king or two queen beds: $175–$325 + 20% tax per night
